1. Data we collect
We collect information you submit, including your name, work email, account details, support messages, and matter content you choose to upload. We also process limited security and diagnostic information such as request time, device type, and a protected representation of your IP address.
The waitlist stores a one-way keyed hash of the requesting IP address for abuse prevention; it does not store the raw address.
2. How we use data
We use data to provide and secure Vakilat, respond to requests, operate billing, improve reliability, and meet legal obligations. Waitlist details are used only for beta access and related product updates that you requested.
We do not sell personal data or use private matter content to train public models.
4. Retention and security
We keep data only while it is needed for the service, a stated product retention period, or a legal obligation. Safeguards include encryption in transit, authenticated access, organisation-level isolation, audit controls, and restricted operational access.
No system is perfectly secure. If an incident materially affects your data, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
5. Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion, and may withdraw marketing consent at any time. Some records may be retained where the law requires it or where necessary to establish or defend legal claims.

6. Updates
